India’s men’s cricket team will embark on a high-stakes tour of New Zealand beginning October 22, 2026, in what promises to be one of the most anticipated bilateral series of the season. The tour, spanning three formats across both islands, features five T20Is, five ODIs, and two Tests, a detailed 12-match assignment for the Men in Blue.

The T20I leg kicks off at Hagley Oval in Christchurch, with New Zealand hosting the white-ball action across iconic venues including Eden Park in Auckland, Seddon Park in Hamilton, and Hnry Stadium in Wellington. The five-match ODI series, starting November 4, will see fresh battlegrounds as Bay Oval in Tauranga hosts the final two fixtures.

The tour culminates with two Test matches, at Wellington’s Cello Basin Reserve from November 19, and at Hagley Oval from November 27, as both teams look to boost their ICC World Test Championship standings heading into the crucial final stretch of the 2025–27 cycle.
